Our standard lead time is 4–6 weeks after artwork approval. If your markers are not delivered within 6 weeks, we’ll refund your order completely.
Yes! Once your custom Boring order is purchased and paid for, our team (probably Boring Alex!) will start the design process with you. We’ll create a proof for your approval, allow slight modifications, and begin production.
You can select from gold, silver, black, or white finishes.
Yes, all standard Boring Ball Marker designs are magnetic.
Yes, but only to an extent. We’ve created some unbelievable designs and haven’t encountered one we couldn’t make happen.
Refunds are available before the artwork is approved. Once production begins, refunds are no longer available.

Absolutely! We save your designs, so reordering is quick and easy.
Yes, you can! We can incorporate a logo or artwork into your custom marker design if you have a logo or artwork ready.
